After The Dragon Spring Festival, SANY announces acquired the world's first concrete pump brand- known as Germany's elephant---Putzmeister, staged elephant & dragon dance play. According to SANY's announcement, SANY Germany CO., LTD., combinated with CITIC Fund will jointly acquired 100% stake of Germany construction machinery giant Putzmeister , which SANY Germany acquired 90%, CITIC Fund acquired 10%, SANY Germany contributed 324 million Euros (Equal to 2.654 billion Yuan)
